1. Wave soldering
Wave soldering is used for the welding of plug-in electronic components. The welding equipment is wave soldering machine. Commonly used are 3, 6, 8, 10 and 12 temperature zones. The wave soldering temperature should not exceed 240 C/2 seconds or 235 C/5 seconds. The advantages of this welding method are low cost, time saving and labor saving. The disadvantage is that as PCB becomes denser and electronic components become smaller and smaller. The possibility of bridging and short circuit between solder joints is also increased.
2. Reflow soldering
Reflow welding is used for the welding of patch electronic components. The welding equipment is reflow welding machine, which is divided into preheating zone, insulation zone, reflow welding zone and cooling zone. Reflow welding should not exceed 270 degrees/2 seconds or 260 degrees/5 seconds. The advantage of this method is that the temperature is easy to control, oxidation can be avoided in the welding process, and the manufacturing cost is easier to control. The disadvantage of this method is that the welding heating process is easy to control. Solder collapsing also occurs in preheating and main heating situations. When preheating temperature is in the range of tens to 100, solvents, as one of the components of solder, will reduce the viscosity and flow out. If the flow tends to be strong below, solder particles will be extruded out of the gold-bearing particles outside the welding area at the same time. If they can not return to the welding area during melting, there will also be a lag. Retain solder balls.
3. Hand welding
Manual welding is also used for the welding of plug-in electronic components. The welding equipment is electric soldering iron. The temperature of manual soldering iron should be controlled between 320 and 350 degrees Celsius. The welding time should not exceed 2 seconds. The advantage of manual welding is that it can accurately grasp the welding of each component and is easy to weld. The disadvantage is that it is too time-consuming and labor-consuming and slow.
In the welding process, pay attention to control the temperature. If the temperature is too high, it may cause the keys can not be returned.
